Le Whisky de la Phoenix Distillery est un single malt produit en double distillation dans nos alambics de type « pot still ». Après distillation, le whisky est placé dans des barriques sélectionnées pendant minimum trois ans et réduit de manière progressive jusqu’au taux de mise en bouteille.Chaque année, le whisky est assemblé avec différents fûts, par conséquent, chaque millésime a son identité unique.

Phoenix Distillery Whisky is een single malt die wordt geproduceerd door dubbele distillatie in onze pot stills. Na distillatie wordt de whisky minimaal drie jaar in geselecteerde vaten bewaard en geleidelijk gereduceerd tot bottelsterkte. Elk jaar wordt de whisky geblend met verschillende vaten, zodat elke jaargang zijn eigen unieke identiteit heeft.
