Old clyde Eau-de-vie de cassonade Phoenix Distillery 45° - 50 cl

L’Old Clyde est une création unique de la Phoeinix Distillery anciennement nommée Dr. Clyde. Il s’agit d’une eau-de-vie de cassonades, distillée en pot still et vieillie en fût. C’est un alcool sec, au goût caractéristique, rappelant tantôt le côté vif d’un whisky, tantôt la rondeur d’un rhum, tout en gardant les saveurs particulières de la cassonade, sucre belge par excellence.

Old Clyde is een unieke creatie van Phoeinix Distillery, voorheen bekend als Dr. Clyde. Het is een spirit van bruine suiker, gedistilleerd uit potten en gerijpt op vaten. Het is een droge spirit met een kenmerkende smaak, die soms doet denken aan een levendige whisky en dan weer aan een volle rum, met behoud van de kenmerkende smaak van bruine suiker, de Belgische suiker bij uitstek.

Old Clyde is a unique creation from Phoeinix Distillery, formerly known as Dr. Clyde. It is a pot-still, barrel-aged brown sugar spirit. It’s a dry spirit with a distinctive taste, sometimes reminiscent of a whisky’s liveliness, sometimes of a rum’s roundness, while retaining the distinctive flavors of brown sugar, the Belgian sugar par excellence.
